I need to return a faulty item

We aim to ensure that your order is in perfect condition, but we understand sometimes faults can occur.

If your item is faulty, please complete the following steps to return the item to our team for assessment:

  1. Send an email to info@raavubags.com and add ‘faulty return’ to the subject line. Please provide photos of the fault.
  2. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will replace it or refund you accordingly, subject to our discretion. 

Please Note: Normal wear and tear or, misuse of the product/s do not count as faults. No item/s will be replaced or refunded after 5 days of you receiving the product.
